P403 Service Learning Project

For my P403 class, I was required to create a group fitness workout video. The purpose behind the project was to learn how to teach a virtual cardiovascular-based group fitness workout. This workout video could be continuous, interval, or circuit based. Specifically for this project, I created an interval HIIT workout for a beginner to an average athletic individual. With the exercises, I included modifications for lower and higher intensities. My goal was aimed so almost anyone could be able to complete this workout.
