The long-term goal of this project is to create an immersive learning environment that is publicly available for nanoscience and nanotechnology education. Our central hypothesis is that by creating an augmented reality environment, we can bridge the gap between higher education and the public about one of the exciting and relevant topics of our internet-of-things life - nano. Additionally, by creating such an environment, we will take steps towards more effective and engaging online education in nanoscience and nanotechnology. Mentor: Babak Anasori
