Stoichiometry of Heteromeric TRPC Channels
We aim to use electrophysiological techniques, including whole-cell patch clamp to characterize specific ion channels in the cell membrane. Using this method, we also explore compounds like inhibitors and activators that may affect these channels and act as future therapies for various disorders.
