Olaniyan Scholars Team

The Olaniyan Scholars Program Recommendation Report examines best practices to engage and support undergraduate research opportunities for African American students at IUPUI. Currently, universities including IUPUI face challenges as they create undergraduate, interdisciplinary research positions that attract emerging African American scholars during their undergraduate degree program. Our report documents challenges and suggests practical steps the Olaniyan Scholars Program can take to engage and support young scholars.
