Are There Racial Disparities in Perceived Quality of Scientific Research?
The purpose of our research is to identify if racial disparities are preventing the advancement of racial minorities research in STEM based on their race and research topic instead of their credentials. If disparities are found, it will show that racism is involved in the decision making of science evaluation.
