Understanding problems of neighborhood and providing solutions to them
I am a CEA and work at Hawthorne Community Center. Under this project, I aim to figure out what are the issues present in the neighborhood like lack of employment, housing, food, medical facilities, and education. I also help people from the neighborhood with smooth tax return work. I maintain insight vision reports every quarter to track how the community growth work is going for Hawthorne Community Center.
