A Machine Learning Audio Detection Algorithm to Identify Bouts of Drinking in Rodent Voluntary Consumption Studies
A machine learning algorithm which utilizes a convolutional neural network to categorize sounds recorded from the sipper of a mouse's cage during a voluntary alcohol consumption study. These results can then be used to identify times of drinking and can be repurposed easily for future studies.
